Domestic terrorist had contact with FBI

Mr. Abassi was kept under F.B.I. surveillance after his arrival in the United States in March. Once here, he “maintained regular contact” with  someone he did not realize was an undercover F.B.I. agent.  Mr. Abassi’s arrest on April 22, he was briefly questioned without being advised of his rights.
