His lawyer, Jalila al-Sayed, said Mr. Rajab was also accused of “intimidating” the security forces. He wrote on Twitter on Sept. 28 that security institutions were “the first ideological incubator” for Bahrainis who joined the Islamic State group fighting in Iraq and Syria. A court date was set for Oct. 19.
