The man grabbed the microphone and said: “Investigate 9/11 — 9/11 was perpetrated by people within our own government.”

Smith sat still during the bizarre scene and turned his head to the right, presumably looking for security.

After the interloper left the podium, the Seahawks linebacker was quick with a joke, saying the man should have his press credentials taken away.

People who dispute the government narrative of the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001,  are commonly called “9/11 truthers.”

According to NJ.com, police identified the man who interrupted Smith as Matthew Mills, 30, from Brooklyn, N.Y. Mills was arrested for trespassing, the site reported.
